I love baking, and its associated joys. Actually, I cannot remember life before cake! We moved to North Wales in 2011, to a beautiful mountain village with a fantastic cafe. Baking evolved from a hobby to home business when I started supplying the village cafe. Since then, the oven's just got busier and busier!

 

Stickybeak Cakes are handbaked at home, in small batches, using good quality natural ingredients. This, to me, means using real eggs, British butter and milk, fresh local produce (when in season) and no hidden 'nasties'. Special diets are well catered for, with some of our best sellers being naturally gluten free.
